The key here is not to compare course titles but to compare course syllabi (the contents of what each course covers, including titles of classes and summaries).
As Tyler Timm says, Calc I II = Single Variable Calculus = MIT’s 18.01.
*Schools will differ a little in what is taught in pre-calculus, often it’s pretty much the same material you learn in algebra 2 which is why I listed this section as both.
